The DSM job application process

If you have a Bachelor’s degree or higher your application will be handled by the DSM Recruitment department or the local HR representatives. We generally follow a six-step process (although the procedure for executive-level positions differs slightly).

Getting a job at DSM

  • Step 1: You apply online.
  • Step 2: We evaluate your online application letter and CV/résumé.
  • Step 3: We ask you to do an online assessment (if applicable).
  • Step 4: You’re invited to join us for one or two assessment and selection rounds.
  • Step 5: We discuss terms and conditions.
  • Step 6: We make you a job offer.
