We can help you achieve this thanks to production capacity of up to 1,400 m3 plus several multi-purpose cGMP recovery and purification facilities – ideal for organizations looking to produce fermentation-derived APIs including small molecules, therapeutic proteins and enzymes.
Specifically, our facilities include 16 seed vessels and 28 main fermenters, ranging from 35 m3 all the way up to 100 m3. We also offer two dedicated inoculum rooms and ISO 8 dispensing and media preparation areas.
Several of our fermenters are equipped with solvent feeding lines, to allow large scale operation of Pichia pastoris and Saccharomyces cerevisiae protein production processes if needed.
