We employ HTS to quickly assess the vast numbers of microbial strains produced by random mutagenesis for improved strains – so-called classical strain development. More>
Proteins
We use an expression platform called PlugBug® - so-called because we simply “plug” the recombinant DNA encoding for your protein into our “bugs” - guaranteeing the highest possible expression rate.
We call the resultant “elite corps” of fungi and bacteria our PlugBugs® - all proven for high-level protein production in large-scale fermentation. They include: Escherichia coli, Bacillus Subtilis, Pichia Pastoris, Kluyveromyces Lactis, Aspergillus Niger. More>
