We will support you through a comprehensive career management program – the DSM Business Academy (see below) – that offers effective support yet puts you in charge of your own destiny. It also provides valuable, transferable skills. Twice a year, we’ll hold a review with you to measure your progress and plan your future development – both short and long-term.
