What is it?
Ordering DSM goods online
The DSM Webshop, developed by
SEEC, allows our customers to order DSM goods via the DSM.com web site.
Therefore they only need a standard internet browser. This private and secure
website is only accessible to registered users.
Functionalities
Via the Webshop, the customer can:

submit requests for orders

receive an order acknowledgement and view its order status

retrieve product information such as Material Safety Data Sheets and
certificates of analysis

order requests are directly transferred into the DSM ERP system (SAP), and
changes to the order status can be viewed by the customer in the Webshop
