How does it work?

• Customer enters order data into his/her ERP system and prints it out
• Customer collects paper from printer
• Customer faxes order to DSM
• DSM collects order from fax
• DSM registers customer order
• DSM sends order confirmation to customer
• Goods are delivered, invoice is sent manually and payment is made

• The customer logs on to the DSM Webshop using his/her user name and password
• The customer selects his/her products to (re)order online
• The customer places an order request
• DSM receives order request in its ERP system and sends order response via the DSM Webshop
• Goods are delivered, invoice is sent and payment is made
