How does it work?

• DSM receives order and creates shipment
• DSM sends fax to carrier
• Carrier schedules transport
• Transport status information is made known to the carrier
• Customer wants update and asks DSM
• DSM asks carrier
• Carrier asks truck driver

• DSM receives order and creates shipment
• Automated messages are sent to the carrier via the DSM ERP system
• Acceptance of order by carrier is received via the DSM ERP system
• The truck driver can easily update the order status via e.g. mobile phone
• The customer and DSM can check order status directly
