How does it work?

Traditional process
  • Your attendance is required at an important meeting for which travelling is needed but you have other pressing appointments the same day
  • You have two options: decline invitation for meeting or cancel your appointment
  • You decide to attend meeting and reschedule appointment
  • You have lost two days of work because of travelling
  • You have incurred travel expenses

Web Conferencing process
  • Your attendance is required at an important meeting for which travelling is needed but you have other pressing appointments the same day
  • From your office you attend the important meeting via the DSM meeting center
  • You still have time to make your other appointments
  • You have avoided loss of working time and you have also saved travel expenses
