eLogistics
A call-off automatically sent by fax to a transport provider when a product has to be shipped to a client. The call-off goes directly out from the DSM SAP system, including all transport documents (e.g. CMR), which are generated automatically. This makes the transport procedure more efficient, transparent and customer-friendly, and keeps the customer permanently in the know of the expected time of arrival, CMR details etc.

ERP to ERP connection
Connection between the ERP systems of clients and DSM, which makes it possible to share order information, shipment status, invoice data etc. without any human intervention.

Fax to System connection
A connection that enables our clients to send an order to DSM by fax, which is then automatically transferred into the DSM ERP system, without any human intervention.

Transwide
European connectivity hub for transport execution, which connects enterprises with forwarding companies, carriers. Transwide offers twCallOff (for automating call-off processes), twDoc (for all CMR and alert functionality) and twSlot (for timeslot loading). (See www.transwide.com).

VMI
With VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), the supplier becomes responsible for the inventory stored at the customer-side. In this case, a trusty relationship with the supplier and sufficient information concerning the client's inventory management are both crucial. VMI can be used for bulk materials and packaged goods, and helps the client to reduce stock levels and optimize its transport and inventory processes.

Webshop
The DSM Webshop allows our customers to order DSM products via the website using nothing more than a standard internet browser. The Webshop is only accessible to DSM customers who have been granted access. Via the Webshop, customers can retrieve order status and background as well as product information such as material safety data sheets and certificates of analysis.
