DSM has its own Corporate Recruitment department for talented people with a
minimum of bachelor-level education. The staff in this department is always
looking out for people who fit in well with DSM's profile. Our recruiters
follow a standard procedure with all applicants. The selection procedure
starts after we have received an online
open application or an online application referring to a
particular vacancy.
The application path for all job opportunities (with the exception of
executive level) consists of the following steps:

evaluation of online application letter and résumé

first selection session consisting of three interviews

second selection session consisting of two interviews and an assessment

discussion of contract terms and conditions

job offer
We aim to respond to your application within 14 days from the date of
application. On average, our procedure time takes eight weeks. If applicants
are declined during any phase in the procedure, they will receive a letter
informing them of the company's decision. Applicants can always contact DSM to
request an explanation of our decision.
DSM will keep applicants in its portfolio should a new opening or opportunity
become available at a later date.
