DSM is a multinational company developing and producing nutritional and pharmaceutical products, performance materials and industrial chemicals. This year DSM once again hosts the International Manufacturing and Technology Experience, MATCH 2008. The purpose of MATCH is, in addition to the branding of DSM, the recruitment of talented young academics from top universities in Europe.

Who?
A group of 30 international students in the final stages of their studies will be invited for one week to participate in the MATCH. The MATCH is designed especially for students in chemical engineering, bio(process)technology, mechanical engineering and chemistry. The 30 students will be selected from a wide variety of European countries such as the Netherlands, Austria, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.

What?
MATCH offers you the opportunity to become acquainted with the many challenging aspects of Manufacturing and Technology at DSM.

During MATCH 2008 we will visit production sites in Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. We will meet DSM employees at all levels, from the Board of Directors to senior engineers and young professionals. Everyone gets the opportunity to challenge and develop their personal skills by training sessions. By working on real-life cases, everyone gets a glimpse of working in the multidisciplinary day-to-day practice of the chemical, biochemical, and mechanical engineering departments. All the serious stuff will be mixed with fun activities, informal get-togethers and sports.

MATCH helps you discover DSM and during the course of which you will also learn a lot about yourself. Above all; you will have a lot of FUN!

The deadline for MATCH has passed.
