MATCH is DSM’s business course for international technical talent. MATCH is an experience that offers you the unique opportunity of getting to know all about DSM, its people and its locations all over Europe. We will invite you to one of our European sites from where we start our tour. DSM will cover your expenses for travel, food and overnight accommodation. During this business course you will visit some of DSM's major sites in Europe and learn all about the business. You will meet peers from all over the world and work with them on challenging cases and presentations. This challenging week includes a variety of evening programs and overnights in several European cities. Of course the fun element will be there.
Our Objective
In addition to showing you what DSM is and stands for we have only one main objective: hiring international technical top talent for a career at DSM. Especially for MATCH we will have several challenging starter positions at locations in Europe.
Who
You are in the last phase of your Master, PHD, or MBA studies and have a background in one of the following disciplines:
- Research & Development
- Manufacturing & Technology
- Supply Chain Management
