Over the years DSM has developed an extensive
package of fringe benefits. Although these differ from one country to the
next, we can say with confidence that DSM distinguishes itself in the degree

of training courses. Furthermore, certain collective labor agreements offer

choose from a 'menu' of working arrangements and compensatory agreements. In
other words, as long as they meet some ultimate conditions, staff can create
their own, customized benefits package.
