DSM Anti-Infectives develops, produces and sells raw materials, intermediates and bulk actives for anti-infectives such as antibiotics (for combating bacterial infections) and anti fungals (for combating fungal infections). DSM Anti-infectives in headquartered in Beijing in China mainly responsible for the business activities in mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Currently it has three joint ventures in China in Zibo, Shandong province and Zhangjiakou, Hebei province, producing Semi-synthetic cephalosporin, Pen G and Semi-synthetic penicillin.
