DSM Coating Resins has taken two specific measures to optimize logistics. Firstly, we keep stocks at our production sites for our regular products. This guarantees the availability of product virtually around the clock and ensures fast delivery. Secondly, we have installed a modern information system that links up all our production sites and sales offices.

DSM Coating Resins is a specialist in the field of saturated polyester resins (powder as well as liquid types) for general metal finishing. The group has production facilities in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Sweden, as well as in Taiwan, China and the USA.

Developments

We are continuously looking for ways to improve our resin systems, for example by reducing system cost or improving exterior durability. We are also exploring new application areas. One example is the use of powder coatings in coil coating; with the Electro-Magnetic Brush (EMB) technology powder can be applied to a coil in a continuous, high-speed process.
