The DELVO-YOG® cultures have been classified into traditional yogurt cultures
(TY), classic yogurt cultures (CY) and mild yogurt cultures (MY). The mild
yogurtcultures also include various probiotic strains.
DELVO-YOG® range contains both undefined mixed cultures (TY) with natural
properties and defined cultures (CY & MY) standardised for acidity, viscosity
and process times.
The DELVO-YOG® range may be used alone or in combination with the DELVO-PRO®
cultures and DELVO-ADD® cultures.The DELVO-YOG® range is available in both
frozen (DSF) and lyophilized (DSL) forms for in-vat use.
