DSM is proud to present its advanced range of starter cultures in an integrated DELVO® system for all cheese and fermented milk applications. We offer a range of lactic acid producers and specialty cultures.
DSM culture systems are designed to deliver performance, reliable results and cost effectiveness. DELVO® starter cultures, coupled with DSM technical service, enable the Dairy producer to innovate and maintain a high level of product consistency. We have developed the following range of both DIRECT-SET™ and BULK-SET cultures:

DELVO-ADD® - A range of selected adjunct cultures that enhance your product and create additional value – Premium cheese: semi-hard cheese and hard cheese.
DELVO-PRO® (A strain collection with proven probiotic properties. The DELVO-PRO® range contains exclusively selected LAFTI® strains) - Yoghurts and fermented milk products with probiotic claims.
DELVO-TAM® - Tailor-made culture products. Fermented milk products - Cheese types Unique blends, pack sizes and customer strains are created together to fit your needs.

DELVO-TEC® - Technologically advanced cultures for direct inoculum - Quality fermented milk products and all quality brand cheeses.
DELVO-TEC® BULK-SET - Technologically advanced cultures for semi-direct inoculum - Soft cheese, semi-hard cheese and hard cheese. 
DELVOLAC® DELVOSTART® - BULK-SET MEDIA. An extensive range of culture media – All cheese types produced with DELVO-TEC® BULK-SET. 
DELVO-YOG®- A range of selected cultures for all types of yoghurt production.
