Genomics Access Arrangement

Registration for use of the DSM Aspergillus niger genome sequence data

DSM has developed a proprietary genome sequence database of Aspergillus niger. Investigators working at universities and non-profit research institutes may obtain access to the data, after entering into an agreement with DSM.
The Aspergillus niger genomic database contains data that have been generated in a collaborative effort between DSM and Gene Alliance, with QIAGEN Genomic Services and Biomax Informatics as the main participants.

Access may be obtained free of charge by Investigators at universities and non-profit research institutes ("Investigators") who enter an Access Agreement with DSM. By signing the Access Agreement, the user of the database will grant DSM certain rights to license inventions resulting from access to the Aspergillus niger genomic database.

Alternatively, investigators wishing to obtain only a limited amount of information, e.g., sequence information about a small number of Aspergillus niger genes as occurring in the database, can enter a Sample Analysis Agreement after which the information will be provided.
