The Ingredients Development Unit of DSM Food Specialties is a melting pot for the creation of exciting new ideas and products. As such, our primary role is to develop new products to strengthen the portfolio of DSM Food Specialties. We do this by exploiting the company's core competencies in enzymes and fermentation. Success in developing new ideas and products necessitates a strong interaction between all disciplines from research to production and marketing. However, it also requires the building and sustaining of a network of institutes and food ingredient companies.
