High post acidification and strong yoghurt flavour are the key features of this group.

DELVO®-YOG Traditional Style
The reduced post-acidification achieves a traditional flavour without the acidic note. 

DELVO®-YOG Infinite

The medium flavour, texture and mouth feel properties allow the production of various yoghurt types.
   
DELVO®-YOG Set Velvet
These cultures give the yoghurt the thick
and particularly short texture, which
results in a successful yoghurt.		DELVO®-YOG Flow Velvet
The high viscosity and the creamy and thick mouth feel are essential for drinking and stirred yoghurt.
