15-Jun-2009 8:15 CET	DSM Licensing signs Agreement with Clariant for the further development of the ALLINCO® chain extension technology
	DSM Licensing and Clariant Masterbatches (Deutschland) GmbH have recently signed a Joint Development Agreement for ALLINCO®. The agreement has been put in place to expand the collaboration between Clariant and DSM in the field of linear chain extenders and Hydrolytic stabilizers. The aim of the collaboration is the application of ALLINCO® materials in masterbatches for polyamide and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) products.

	Royal DSM N.V., the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company headquartered in the Netherlands, today announces that DSM Biomedical obtained an exclusive world-wide license for a unique drug & biologics delivery system developed by MediVas LLC. Integrated into DSM’s Trancerta® Drug Delivery platform, this will open up a broad range of opportunities for next generation drug delivery. DSM’s activities in this field are an illustration of the way DSM is leveraging its competences in Materials Sciences into Life Sciences applications.
