Primarily as a result of dramatic changes in the global supply/demand balance,
besides currency deviations, logistics and raw material costs, DSM Melamine
Americas Inc. is making the following price announcement.
Effective with shipments January 2, 2008 the sales price of MelaminebyDSM™
will be increased by USD 0.12/lb (USD 265/mt).
The Q4 Melamine Industry Update, that DSM will publish on their website next
week, will address global supply/demand changes.
