announced today the establishment of their joint venture Shanxi Fenghe
Melamine Co., Ltd. The joint venture will produce melamine, which is broadly
used in melamine-formaldehyde resin for laminates, furniture, flooring,
coating resins, textiles, and flame-retardant applications.
