DSM Melamine Americas is today announcing a price increase of USD 0.05/#
(USD110/mt) to be effective July 1, 2007.
The foundation for this price increase relates to two primary elements:
- the changing global dynamics of supply/demand
- continuing need to restore the financial performance of DSM's melamine
business
During the coming days and weeks our sales team will initiate discussions with
all concerned parties related to pricing and volumes for the upcoming quarter.
