DSM Netherlands (DSM NL) is a subsidiary of Royal DSM N.V. and is the
holding company for the Dutch DSM subsidiaries active in the Netherlands.
The Managing Director of DSM NL acts as a
Business Manager in accordance with the Works Councils Act.
Responsibilities are
delegated to the Managing Director of DSM NL by the Board of Directors of
Royal DSM N.V. or the Business Groups.
