CreAgri Inc. partners with DSM Nutritional Products for Inclusion of HIDROX® ingredient in dietary, functional and pet food markets

CreAgri, Inc., and DSM Nutritional Products, are pleased to announce they have recently signed a worldwide supply, distribution and marketing agreement. This agreement relates to CreAgri’s proprietary hydroxytyrosol formulation, HIDROX® as an ingredient for the dietary supplement, pet food, animal feed, food and functional food markets. DSM, a publicly traded company, is known as the leading supplier of vitamins, carotenoids and other fine chemicals worldwide. DSM Nutritional Products will take over distribution of HIDROX on 1 May 2006.

CreAgri Inc.’s HIDROX® is a patented ingredient made from the vegetation water of organic olives using their patented IntegraleTM process. The olive juice used in this process possesses antioxidants and anti-inflammatory activities which are beneficial for joint health, cardiovascular wellness, immune system balance, and the reduction of oxidative stress and antimicrobial activity.
