Bone health

Healthy bones are essential for an active lifestyle. In every area of life - whether it is work, sports or any of the other leisure activities people engage in - good bone health is a must.

Healthy bones give the body strength and stability to protect the internal organs from injury. Important as the skeleton is, it accounts for only about 12% of a person‘s total body weight.
