Created to deliver appealing taste and present scientifically-backed health
claims, these exciting developments respond to consumer needs and set future
market trends. New product launches include Maxilact®¹ LGX, a neutral lactase
for the creation of high quality, clean tasting lactose-free products and
Gistex® HUM LS² , a natural yeast extract with high umami impact, for savoury
