To further increase its leadership in the feed enzyme business, the DSM Nutritional Products and Novozymes Alliance has scheduled the launch of the new flagship product RONOZYME® NP– an enhanced phytase designed to meet the demands of modern animal production systems.
RONOZYME® NP is the latest addition to the broadest feed enzymes portfolio within the feed industry provided under the umbrella brand RONOZYME®. RONOZYME® NP has been developed exclusively within the Alliance of DSM Nutritional Products and Novozymes. The new phytase will benefit from the nine-year success story of RONOZYME® P, which was launched in 2000 when the Alliance was first announced in Europe.
In addition to its proven, consistent performance in terms of phosphorus release RONOZYME® NP meets the Alliance’s strict criteria in regard to product efficacy, safety, quality, traceability and reliability so to exceed the demands of today’s customers.
Based on the findings of several customer trials, RONOZYME® NP (CT) further increases the availability of phytate phosphorus and other phytate nutrients in pig and poultry feeds, but also other minerals such as calcium, magnesium and trace minerals, whilst being the most heatstable phytase product form in the market.
Improvements in heat stability are attributed to the higher intrinsic heat stability of the phytase molecule in combination with the next generation CT formulation technology. This combination of technologies provides unrivalled, protection at feed processing temperatures up to 95°C.
