Effective October 1, DSM NeoResins+ and DSM NeoSol will increase prices in the North American region for waterborne polyurethane, solvent borne polyurethane and waterborne urethane/acrylic resins with $0.10 / lb. This price increase affects the entire Coating Resins, Adhesives and Graphic Arts portfolio. Chris Farrell, Commercial Director Americas DSM NeoResins+ explains; "With the new escalation in raw materials, especially in Isocyanates and Polyols, our price action is necessary to recover these increases. While we continue to raise productivity and efficiency, these price increases will allow our company to continue to supply our high quality products to the markets and to invest in new technologies and new products for our customers.” DSM continues to implement cost saving initiatives to compensate for rising costs.
