To be eligible for the reward, you will have to sign a ‘challenge agreement’ (“Agreement”) first, including the following elements:

- Confidentiality and non-disclosure of information;
- R&D Exclusivity;
- Transfer to DSM of any (rights to) ideas, conclusions, results, inventions etc (“Solutions”) wrt the Project;
- No obligations towards others (f.i. employers) affecting freedom/ability to work on Project and to transfer Solutions to DSM;
- Solver Reward of EUR 10,000;
- Royalties over sales of products incorporating Solution (limited in time and amount);
