ResCom,® a unique operating division within our DSM Pharma Chemicals unit, is
specifically dedicated to providing manufacturing services for early phase
development projects. Comprised of approximately 40 researchers in
state-of-the-art laboratories and a mini-plant based in Regensburg, Germany,
this team has built a long-standing record of supplying quality advanced
intermediates and APIs for preclinical and early phase programs.
In addition to its strong scientific and professional staff, ResCom® has
entered into strategic partnerships with Syncom and Chiralix. Both companies,
based in The Netherlands, are experienced contract research organizations that
offer DSM’s customers specialized services such as organic synthesis,
organo-metallic catalysis and biocatalysis. These strategic partnerships help
ResCom® develop flexible synthetic routes to chiral “drug-like” building
blocks such as densely functionalized non-proteinogenic amino acids.
