At our Venlo, The Netherlands
facility our research and development teams and manufacturing staff bring you
a breadth manufacturing services in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical
arena. Our menu includes chiral synthesis, biocatalysis, Grignard reactions,
Friedel & Crafts reactions, bromination, chlorination, aromatic substitutions,
metal hydride reductions. A part of DSM since 1987, the facility offers
customers a state-of-the-art production and pilot plant, a biological waste
water treatment plant, off-gas incineration, and an R&D and pilot
plant. Through 44 reactors, Venlo is able to deliver total reactor volume of
176 m³.
Our commercial capabilities within the pharma chemicals arena extends even
further through our Linz,
Austria facility. Offering a customers a broad choice of manufacturing
capabilities our types of plants include: multipurpose plants, multiproduct
ozonolysis plant, glyoxylic acid plants and an esterfification
plant. Additional facilities include R&D, (cGMP) Pilot Plant and Engineering
at site, ISO 9001 approved MP facilities, Biological waste water treatment and
modern high shelf storage. Formerly Chemie Linz, Linz has been part of DSM
since 1996.
In the United States, our
Greenville, North Carolinafacility drives our services in the sterile fill finish and orals and
topicals environments. A premier facility of DSM, Greenville offers customers
manufacturing services including hydrogenation, metal hydride reductions,
organometallic reactions bromination, chlorination, substitution, sodium azide
chemistry, asymmetric catalytic reductions, Heck, Grignard and organolithium
reactions. Former Glaxo Wellcome site, Greenville has been part of DSM since
2000 and include three cGMP, multipurpose plants (10 production trains), a
hydrogenation plant, an R&D and pilot plant, FDA approved multi purpose
facilities, waste water treatment plant and 5 incinerators. Greenville offers
customers 61 reactors with a total reactor volume of 185 m³.
