Pharmaceutical Products’ customers. DSM’s automated control system proprietary
software, LiquidAdvantage™, provides the most efficient control on all
production filling lines operating under advanced aseptic production methods.
LiquidAdvantage™ is a flexible, state-of-the-art distributed control system
which manages all SCADA, D3 and electronic cycle run report functions in a
single solution.
Lyophilization – Services and LyoAdvantage™
DSM offers world-class facilities to bridge the gap between demanding
lyophilization cycles and efficient manufacturing. Located in Greenville,
North Carolina, our vast manufacturing facilities include production
lyophilizers ranging in size from 270 – 640 square feet. All utilize
LyoAdvantage™ which is our proprietary lyophilization control system software
package. LyoAdvantage™ provides the precision and control needed to meet your
lyophilization challenges. With increasingly demanding lyophilization cycles,
precise systems are a critical requirement for successful product launches. In
LyoAdvantage™ DSM has developed a menu of rigorous and significant features
essential to delivering quality results.
Cytotoxic
We’re presently preparing to launch aseptic injectible services for cytotoxics
that will be available through our Greenville, North Carolina facility in 2008.
