- Asymmetric hydrogenation of olefins, ketones, enamides and imines; proprietary position with respect to the cost-effective MonoPhos™ ligand, exclusive license to use the bisphosphines from Penn-State
- Asymmetric transfer hydrogenation (patent on aminothioether ligands)
- Asymmetric epoxidation of trans-olefins (exclusive license for the Shi technology)
