DSM Pharmaceuticals Inc., a leading provider of contract development and manufacturing services, is pleased to announce that Mr. Joseph Marchese has joined the company as Senior Director, Business Manager, Sterile Injectables.  Prior to joining DSM, Mr. Marchese was Vice President Sales and Marketing at West-Ward Pharmaceutical Corp. In this position, Mr. Marchese will be based in the Parsippany, NJ office reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer of DSM Pharmaceuticals Inc., Terry Novak.

Mr. Terry Smith, the current Business Manager, is appointed VP Business Management for the Sterile CTM and Cytotoxic business. Mr. Smith will report directly to Mr. Novak and be located in Greenville, NC.
