After the successful introduction of the HiTone Indoor grades in 2007, DSM Powder Coating Resins today launched Uralac® P 780, the first product within its HiTone range for outdoor applications. Uralac® P 780, a Primid curable polyester resin, offers all the unique benefits of the patented HiTone technology, i.e. the capacity to combine high loading with superior aesthetic appearance, a traditional challenge for polyester-Primid systems. Uralac® P 780 accepts pigment and filler loadings beyond industry standards and provides customers a broadened formulation and application window, superior flow and coating finish. As additional benefits Uralac® P 780 has excellent heat resistance and is easy to process.
