licensee agreement for resin technology. This partnership enables Elekeiroz to
offer to the Brazilian market a large range of high quality unsaturated
polyester resins from DSM produced in Brazil. Elekeiroz is a Brazilian company
present in the chemical area for more than a century. Since 1986 its
shareholder control was undertaken by Itaúsa - Investimentos Itaú S.A. - a
holding company that stands as one of the 500 biggest companies in the world
according to Fortune Magazine ranking. Itaúsa - Investimentos Itaú S.A. has
been selected as component of the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI
World), together with 316 other companies from throughout the world."
