Michael Effing has been appointed Business Unit Director DSM Composite Resins
with effect from 14 November 2008. Previously Michael Effing was Vice
President & General Manager Textile Effects with Huntsman Corporation out of
Basel (CH). Prior to that, he held various management positions within the
industry. Mr. Effing brings 20 years of multi-functional general management,
marketing, strategic and R&D experience with global industry leaders such
DuPont, Owens Corning and Johns Manville working in Europe; USA and South
Africa. Michael Effing will report to Ben van Kooten, President DSM Resins.
