DSM Neoxil is closely following the developments of the REACH legislation. We
are well aware of the current REACH requirements and timetables and are
actively preparing for full and timely compliance.
As the undisturbed and uninterrupted supply of our products to our customers
is our prime business driver, we are committed to meeting our legal
obligations under REACH within the given time-schedule. Hence, we will timely
submit our components/products that require registration for pre-registration
under REACH. We also demand from our raw materials and components suppliers to
ensure their products are pre-registered for REACH for the relevant
applications in our portfolio timely.
As you no doubt will be aware, there is still much discussion at EU level
regarding the details of implementation of this complex legislation. Thus, at
this moment in time, we cannot yet fully assess the impact of REACH on our
product portfolio. However, we are very conscious of the justified concerns of
our customers in this respect and assure you that we will keep you informed of
the developments of the registration of our products supplied to you.
