The UVaCorr® Product Line

UVaCorr® products are UV-curable, corrosion-resistant coatings for steel tube and pipe.  Typically, these materials are designed for short-term protection during storage and transport to an end-use destination, however UVaCorr® coatings may also be custom formulated for longer-term protection.

Tubes and pipes coated with UVaCorr® products are used in a variety of end-use applications, such as in fencing, greenhouses, energy boilers, structural support, scaffolding, oil & gas, and automotive.

UVaCorr®Colored Coatings

For many years, tube producers seeking opaque colored coatings with no volatile organic compounds were limited to powder coating materials.  Times have changed.

Choose UVaCorr® colored coatings to differentiate tube types or sizes, identify tubes for different end uses, or to differentiate brands or manufacturers.  UVaCorr® colored coatings include both opaque and semi-transparent materials and can be color matched to customer specifications.

UVaCorr® products provide superior corrosion protection.  Some have been formulated for 1,000 hours of resistance in a salt spray chamber, with only a thin layer needed to meet your corrosion-resistance requirements.  Other performance advantages:
