DSM Desotech has announced the opening of its newly expanded China ink
manufacturing facility, DSM Desotech Specialty Chemicals (Shanghai) Ltd.
(DDSC). The ISO-9001 certified operation has relocated from Gonglu to Xinghou,
China, into a new facility that has doubled in size and, according to DSM, is
positioned for growth.
UV-curable coatings leader DSM Desotech has introduced a new line of
UV-curable corrosion resistant coatings for metal tube & pipe. Developed by
Desotech’s dedicated UVention™ group, the UVaCorr™ product line, which
includes both clear and colored coatings, boasts several performance
advantages over traditional solvent-based tube & pipe coatings.
In response to recent speculation in the stereolithography (“SL”) industry,
DSM Desotech Inc. (“Desotech”) confirms that on March 14, 2008, it filed a
lawsuit against 3D Systems (“3DS”) in federal court in Chicago.
