The Keltan '12/'14 series have exceptional characteristics with respect to
incorporation of fillers. The broad molecular weight distribution (MWD) and
long chain branching level of the grades allow mineral and organic fillers to
be dispersed with ease in internal mixers and open mills.
The broad MWD allows a continuous rise in the highest filler dispersion levels
depending on the selected incorporation time. The presence of low and high
molecular weight fractions contributes to the excellent open mill behaviour,
thus avoiding mill bagging.
