DSM Composite Resins (Switzerland) and Sinopec Jinling Petrochemical Corporation (PRC, The People’s Republic of China) have reached an agreement whereby DSM acquires another 25% of the shares in the Jinling-DSM Resins Ltd. (JDR) joint venture.
