Mr Just Fransen van de Putte (59), currently director of Strategic Projects at DSM, has been appointed director of DSM Limburg BV and DSM Industrial Services BV with effect from 21 February 2003. He will succeed Mr Frans Pistorius (54), who, with effect from the same date, will among other things be involved in the preparations for the integration of Roche Vitamins & Fine Chemicals into DSM N.V., pending the closing of the transaction for the transfer of this division to DSM.
