Ben van Dijk (1951) at present Executive Vice President Corporate Human Resources, will be appointed Director Strategic Projects with effect from 1 September 2009.

In his new role Ben van Dijk will be leading a Corporate Strategic Dialogue pre-study/project regarding Organizational Development.

Ben van Dijk will report to F. Sijbesma, Chairman of the DSM Managing Board.
