Welcome to the natural solution to potassium tartrate stability - Claristar™

Claristar™ offers a natural and highly effective solution to the common problem of potassium tartrate stability in white and rosé wines .

The addition of Claristar™ does not guarantee the prevention of the calcim tartrate crystals due the fact that this calcium crystallization is sorely foreseeable.

One simple addition of Claristar™ to wine before bottling can completely replace treatments such as cold stabilisation, electrodialysis or meta-tartaric acid.
