Claristar™ is highly versatile in its application in the winery. The product
is very easy to use and can simply be added to the wine in a batch or
continuous process.
For batch processing, Claristar™ is pre-weighed in convenient packaging
formats.
Add 2.5 litres Claristar™ to each 25 hectolitres volume of wine.
Add 20 litres Claristar™ to each 200 hectolitre volume of wine.
The correct dosage for each wine must be define using stability tests. See
Data sheet.
For continuous processing, Claristar™ is available in bulk packaging and can
be dosed by any suitable calibrated pump.
Claristar™ can be added before filtration, within a series of filtration
