Claristar - The natural solution for tartrate stability

Crystals at the bottom of wine bottles are badly perceived but most methods which stabilise tartrate can be costly to the environment or have limited effectiveness. DSM has developed Claristar™, the first natural and totally effective ingredient to prevent tartrate crystallisation. Claristar™ is a specific mannoprotein fraction optimised to offer long term wine stability. Its convenient, ready-to-use liquid form allows to simply add it into wines before bottling.
