of antibacterial substances in fresh meat samples.
Composition/information on Premi®Test
Premi®Test is
presented as a moulded polypropylene packaged test device in ampoules.
Premi®Test test device contains a semi-solid agar with a standardised number
of spores of the test organism Bacillus stearothermophilus var. calidolactis,
nutrients for growth, an antifolate and is colored purple by the indicator
bromocresol purple.
