Premi®Test is a microbial inhibition diagnostic test system for the detection of antibacterial substances in fresh meat samples.

Composition/information on Premi®Test
Premi®Test is presented as a moulded polypropylene packaged test device in ampoules.

Premi®Test test device contains a semi-solid agar with a standardised number of spores of the test organism Bacillus stearothermophilus var. calidolactis, nutrients for growth, an antifolate and is colored purple by the indicator bromocresol purple.  

  
Premi®Test test organism Bacillus stearothermophilus var. calidolactis  is a normal commensal found in nature. The microorganism is not pathogenic for humans, animals or plants.

Premi®Test test kits used and unused maybe disposed of as general waste.

Premi®Test test kits can be freely sold for use in the food industry.
